Bill C-12 Update: Senate Committee Recommends Stripping "Mass Cancellation" Powers.
The committee has recommended the complete deletion of Parts 5 through 8 of the Bill C-12. If the Senate adopts these recommendations, it would protect the "predictability" of the Canadian immigration system.
